Lighting description

The lighting in the grid is daylight LED both for front of the stage and back fill on the cyclorama itself. Lighting rig has: - 4 Genaray Spectro LED Essential 500IID Daylight LED - 2 Godox SL200W II LED Video Light Softboxes with daylight-balanced 200W LED monolite-style light source suitable for broadcasting, cinematography, online streaming, and other video applications. Dimming settings range from 0% to full power.

Ambient noise description

Very quiet studio environment especially after hours. The space is in the back away from the road and has sound dampening insulation and solid core doors.

Equipment loading description

There are 5 stairs that lead to the back entrance to the studio. From the front there is elevator access.

Staging area is available

Hair and makeup room that is private for wardrobe also.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

All productions must stay on MyStudio property.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

There's outlets in the floor and walls with a total of 12 outlets in the room.

General Rules

No smoking in the studio or building is permitted. No Filming or Photography can take place outside of the studio. That includes hallways, staircases. No loud music or noise outside after hours. No shoes on the stage (green screen) unless wearing shoe covering booties or talent that is having full-length shots.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

No smoke machines allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Outdoor/Indoor security cams pointed towards entrances only.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

OUR TEAM Daily temperature checks and health screening upon arrival Equipped with face coverings to be worn at all times and provided access to gloves and face shields Mandatory Keeping Healthy & Safe at The Garland training and education on Covid-19 sanitation protocols Implementation of physical distancing standards in all work areas Proper hygiene to include frequent hand washing and sanitization of personal work areas

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
