COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We clean our space to the Goverment recommend standards. We add masks, hand sanitizer, disinfecting spray & wipes for our guest to use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space
The Outpost is a perfect space for your next celebration, commercial photo production, or business retreat. There is a beautiful outdoor space with plenty of cozy seating around the two fire pits. Tables & chairs for lots of outdoor eating, working, or just relaxing. Overhead bistro lights set a magical mood day or night!

General Rules
No smoking in building, but there can be designated outdoor smoking area if needed.
Outside catering is allowed
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
