That 70’s Pad features a cozy front room with a groovy sofa, vintage record console, shag rug, macramé hangings, and lots of old vintage decor. New for 2023, a vintage Peacock chair add-on! The kitchen and dinette areas have great creative options. The spaces include authentic period vintage dishes, mid-century cutlery, pots/pans and bakeware. Perfect for photo shoots and film!! The small dinette area includes mid-century gravel art, rolling 70s dining chairs and a vintage hanging light. A small shelf with vintage-era cookbooks and mid-century trinkets adorns a corner while an homage to 50s Hollywood Regency mid-century rests in the other. Off the kitchen is a laundry/storage room complete with a vintage washer, dryer and hamper. Several authentic cleaning vintage, mid-century products are available for your shoot (for show only, not for actual use). Step inside the most unique, IG-worthy powder room you’ll ever visit complete with vintage mirrored, foil wallpaper in this Disco-reminiscent time capsule. THE GREEN ROOM: this large, mid-century traditional bedroom includes a vintage king-size bed, large closet, armoire, vintage swag lighting, and that 70s quintessential Princess phone. A mid-century modern Eames chair graces the corner. THE YELLOW ROOM: this spacious bedroom includes a mid-century bed with floating nightstands and space-age, vintage mushroom lamps. A vintage ball chair, iconic 70s Drexel Plus One days of the week dresser, space-age Weltron 8-track (with dozens of 8-tracks) and a full collection of the 1970’s National Geographic magazines round out the decor. Walls are covered in vintage-era posters, a velvet Elvis painting, 45s, a God’s eye and string art. Disco fever rocks the bathroom upstairs paying homage to Saturday Night Fever. Disco ball over the commode anyone? Outside and weather permitting, a vintage parquet bar with vinyl and chrome bar stools adorn the covered patio with a vibrant 70s wall mural. Plenty of period bar props make this spot a gem! Set up the vintage card table and choose from a collection of vintage board games for an old-school family shoot. The property features a large lawn area for croquet (vintage set provided). Community Pool may also be available (additional rules apply). Clubhouse may be available (for an additional fee) with mid-century pool tables and a game room.
