House Rules (Host can be reach via email ([email protected]) or phone 786 440 8275 for any reason) Welcome to The White House Boutique Hotel in Hollywood. To ensure you have an enjoyable experience we created some house rules that will set the expectations as your host. This house was created with you in mind to provide a space that is not only aesthetically pleasing but allows you enjoy your time here in South Florida. We would appreciate if you treat this space as a home away from home; it took great time and effort to put together this Boutique Hotel with you in mind so it would be appreciated if one returns the care by respecting the space as if truly it was your home, Away from home!! <3 Upon arrival you will enter the foyer room which features a Pac Man arcade machine. This is a chill spot for guest that turns into a bedroom when it’s time to retire; it would be appreciated if all guest can take off their shoes in this room utilizing the bench to do so. This home has a historic build and to preserve the original hardwood floors and premium area rugs guest are encouraged to keep shoes while in the home. There is so much to do while on your stay in Hollywood Florida. The White House Boutique Hotel is centrally located between from Downtown Hollywood, Dania Pointe, Las Olas Ft Lauderdale. All areas which feature several blocks of shops, bars and lounges, art galleries, Movie Theaters and restaurants. Please the attached menus of just a few of the restaurants that have tasteful cuisine. The washer and dryer are available for use. Please be mindful of amounts of loads completed and amount of detergent used to ensure that other guest can utilize the resources. While in the bathrooms please refrain for putting items other than toilet paper in the commode. In addition, after showers please be sure to leave the bathroom door open to decrease the changes of mold which is a common problem in Florida. In addition, please make sure to empty hair catcher after use of shower and upon leaving the residence upon check out please place all used and unused towels and wash clothes on the main bathroom floor. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if one continue to harass/verbally abuse our staff. EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price. PACKAGES We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the leasing office and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts. MAINTENANCE Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until they’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first. PETS We do allow pets, but it is a $4/ day per pet fee (up to $75). KEYS/PARKING PASS If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, the following fees will occur: $25 for new key and $75 for a new key fob. If you do not return the parking pass or lose it, it is a $50 fee to replace it in time for the next guest. PARTIES If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200. House is monitor by Ring Doorbell that records when motion is detected. The House also features a noise monitoring system that detects loud sounds but does not record specific audio. The Home may feature security cameras outside in order to protect cars etc. CLEANING Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100. EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer. By booking this unit, you have read, understood, and agreed to all these house rules. Dear Valued Guest, To not incur additional charges and keep a clean environment, please utilize washer and dryer on a set date. Upon the end of your stay please remove garage from all trash bins (kitchen and bathrooms) in the hotel and place it in the outside trash can. In order to keep the Hotel clean upon the end of your reservation please be kind to remove fitted/flat sheets and pillow cases from the 3 main rooms and place them in the washer. All soiled towels, hand towels, and wash clothes please place them the garage in the hamper to be washed by house keeper. Total of: Pillow cases: 12 Fitted sheets:4 Flat Sheets:4
