About the Space

Spacious square shaped open studio with high ceilings ideal for photoshoots and production needs, or any concept needing open space. Wired speaker system in place. Windows have shades that can be pulled down. The property is professionally managed and also offers large breakroom with kitchen and multi-stall restrooms with showers. Pricing for shower usage will be an additional cost. Usage of kitchen will be at additional cost. Abundant parking spaces available. Please feel free to ask any questions for your needs.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We really enjoyed using this space for our business meeting, it was the perfect size and a great location, very easy to find. The space was as described, and included the use of a communal break room and restrooms. There was also plenty of parking available. Kavita was very quick at replying to my inquires about the room, we would definitely book again when we have the need for a space.
