SF Garage Event Space w/ Huge Wall Mural + Creative Studio

Wow, such an amazing experience and venue. We had 3 levels of entertainment, an outdoor balcony and fire place. It easily accommodated about 30 of us. We had live music and a PlayStation game area. It was really awesome and I would definitely book again. Affordable and Mike is so kind, present and organized. Definitely one of my top spaces to book. 10 star 🌟

This space exceeded all my expectations for my birthday celebration! I had grand plans for a birthday party with a live musician and photographer, and this Place provided the perfect setting to bring it all to life. What's more, parking was hassle-free, which is a rarity in San Francisco, saving us and our friends a lot of stress. As soon as you arrive, you're greeted with breathtaking views of the water in Hunter's Point. The mural on the ground level creates an immersive gathering space, and Mike's provision of tables, extras, and state-of-the-art technology such as speakers and mics made hosting the event an absolute breeze. Moving up to the second level, Mike's impressive art collection is on display, and the modern space with its large TV and comfortable couch is simply delightful. The kitchen was a huge plus, allowing us to warm up our food, cut the cake, and gather people together. And the cherry on top? The deck space provided the perfect setting for intimate conversations while enjoying the stunning view of the city. The third level offers bedrooms that could be used for resting throughout the day-long party, adding another level of comfort to the event. I would book Mike's Place again in a heartbeat. Mike himself was a fantastic and attentive host, making sure we had everything we needed to make the celebration truly special. We comfortably accommodated over 20 people, and everyone was enamored by this spot! We felt like we had found a hidden gem in San Francisco that provided us with the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Overall, I would highly recommend Mike's Place to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable event space in San Francisco. I highly recommend renting the space. The host, Mike was responsive, attentive, very accommodating, and helpful. He went out of his way to help us set up for the baby shower. It has a beautiful mural that looked fantastic in photos. The space was exactly as advertised. It is large enough to fit 4 long 6' white tables that I bought in. The host, Mike, had 42 chairs of his own that we were able to use. We were also able to use the outside space that came in useful since it was a beautiful day. My guests were impressed with the space. I highly recommend it, I would definitely rent the space again .

This space was perfect for our family gathering. Host was nice and accommodating highly recommended. Space easily fitted 30 guest with access to the outside court yard for additional space. I definitely will book again.

I booked Mike’s Space for my Valentine’s Day party❤️ Mike is a great host he was very responsive to my inquiry . I told him About the vision of my party and he was fine with it .I found the perfect space for my first party 🎉 Everything worked out we had a piñata’s and played Valentine’s Day bingo with live music 🎶 I had 20 people we had a great time ! THANK YOU MIKE 5 stars .

They left the space unclean and will not give me my cleaning fee back. Nice space but that was not okay it was flys everywhere and full trash can. Nothing was wipe down and it was a horrible smell for the 5 hours we have to deal with it.
