About the Space
Located a short distance from Downtown SF, this unique industrial space overlooks the Hunters Point Gantry Crane and neighbors the Hunters Point Shipyard Artist Studios. Enjoy hilltop views of the bay, and the skyline of Downtown San Francisco. This Bayview Hunters Point garage is a daily rental for private events, company off-sites, and video/photo productions. The standard rental period is between 8 AM and 8 PM with a minimum of four hours. Our space is very Instagrammable (painted by SF Artist Jason Jagel who has a mural at the Harvey Milk Terminal at SFO) and has hosted Sofar Sounds shows. The garage is of recent build, housed in a 2016 residential building with 9' ceilings. It is approximately 360 sq ft (width 11’2” x length 32’4”) and has fast Wi-Fi. This space was perfect for our family gathering. Host was nice and accommodating highly recommended. Space easily fitted 30 guest with access to the outside court yard for additional space. I definitely will book again.

Thank you Mike for making my birthday a great success! Everyone loved this space and it was everything advertised and more. - Parking - Clean - Spacious I had about 40~ people and it was manageable. Mike was very sweet and accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend renting this space for any of your needs! I held a little tea get-together with a DJ playing downstairs. A little cold at the beginning of the year, but we managed!
