We have a thorough weekly cleaning process to ensure we are providing a safe and clean space for guests.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

This banquet hall sits on a lovely corner of central Monrovia, housing the city's community garden. It is located in one of the oldest iconic church buildings in the city. The actual hall is a more recent edition to the property. Recently painted and with new floors and windows this bright, large room is excellent for parties, large meetings, or events. Adjacent to the hall is a fully functional kitchen with commercial-grade appliances.

Parking description

There is a small parking lot on site, and plenty of parking along for the north/south and east/west adjacent streets.

General Rules

• Tables (10 round & 2 rectangle) and black chairs included in rental feel. • Table clothes can be rented for $10 per piece. • Outside catering is allowed. If additional space is needed to accommodate catering, rental fees will apply to those spaces. • No smoking and no alcohol. • We request that noise levels are reduced after 9 pm. • $50 cleaning fee per event; should more than 2 hours be required to restore site to pre-event standard, additional fee will apply.
