Thorough cleaning process to disinfect all surfaces, and maintain a clean space for each reservation.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Large event space in a warehouse. You can provide a unique casino twist as we have a craps table and can host as crap dealers if needed. Craps and Poker table available (Dealers available upon request with advance notice). Great space for casino nights, parties, pop ups, etc. Large TV and sound bar mounted on the wall for your use.

Free parking in front and around event space.

General Rules

Furniture must be moved back to their original locations. Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. No pets.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Ring doorbell in front door entrance. Camera inside office space view towards the front entrance covering all office space. Camera in the warehouse space that has a view of the warehouse.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
