About the Space
A premiere 1,700 sq ft meeting and creative space located in the heart of the historic Powerhouse Art District of Downtown Jersey City. This space bolsters its "Golden Hour" natural light that showers the 8-foot westward-facing windows for all-natural light creatives. Many of our guests choose our space for meetings due to our access to public transportation, which we are 1 block from the NJT Path Train at Grove Street and 2 blocks from the NJT LightRail at Harsma Cove. There are tons of street parking along Bay Street and Marin Blvd along with 4 parking decks 1 block away in each direction. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was clean and prepared well. The host was nice and accommodating. The neighbors were a bit ridiculous regarding music volume. My party was from 4pm-7pm (not a late party) and we were considerate of noise. They knocked on the wall, then the door. You have an event venue next door to you, be understanding of that. But the party went well and I believe it was a success.

The commute for anyone from NYC is extremely easy and wonderful according to my client. The studio was perfectly sized for the small still life shoot I had. You could easily do a smaller On-figure e-commerce shoot here as well. The staff was great and everything I had requested was there when I arrived. Everything was easily available and the layout with a kitchen and bathroom in unit was wonderful. I would happily book again soon.
