Parking is available throughout the Historic Powerhouse Art District in downtown Jersey City ranging from Free and Metered Street Parking, Parking Decks, and paid lot parking.

The safety of all our creatives and guess is TOP PRIORITY, and want to provide everyone with an exceptional rental experience. We are updated on all the COVID-19 protocols and the latest information from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), The Who, Local, and State Authorities when it comes to COVID19 Prevention and Control. We ask all our creatives and guess to take temperature upon arriving at the studio and sign our COVID RELEASE WAIVER upon entering our creative community. We have hygiene and sanitation stations in 3 convenient locations in the space. Also, extra PPE is available upon request. We are enforcing 30-minute buffer windows between rentals to allow ample time for Magnum Opus staff adequate cleaning and sanitizing time between our rental guests. A $40 cleaning and sanitizing fee will be applied to all rentals. The following rules must be adhered to at all times: 1. Professional Courtesy is a MUST! 2. No smoking allowed of any kind. If you must take a puff, please do it outside the building. 3. No equipment will be removed from the creative space at any time. Do not take any EQ to the rooftop without proper pre-approved permission. 4. Please leave the space as you found it. Please clean the space after your rental. 5. Overtime hours begin at the 15 min mark after your scheduled session end. 6. Please keep the noise and music level to a respectable level at all times. 7. If need immediate assistance with EQ and/or Grip, contact Magnum Opus, onsite staff. 8. Outside catering and food delivery are allowed. Our studio team and the cleaning crew is following all CDC, WHO, OSHA, State and Local Government guidelines.
