Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We take care to thoroughly clean all objects used by renters in between uses. We use disinfectant to wipe off tabletops, handrails, doorknobs, etc. We also have hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes available, and can open the windows for ventilation.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Café Victoria is a bright and modern second-floor space with hardwood floors and charming unobstructed views of the street and neighborhood garden from full-wall windows. It is 625 square feet, with marble tables and Viennese chairs, and can accommodate up to 30 people standing or seat up to 20. Wi-Fi is available and we can provide coffee and tea for an additional fee. The space can be used for corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops, for social occasions like baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, dinner parties and small wedding receptions. Our upright piano enables the venue to be used as a piano studio, musical rehearsal space, or even a small private concert hall.

Parking description

There is a parking garage nearby at 102 W. 107th Street. Free street parking is consistently available withing blocks, but usually takes some time to find.

General Rules

Outside catering is allowed. No smoking inside. We use separate bins for recycling and garbage: • All glass, recyclable plastic, metal, and cardboard goes into the recycling bin; • Only put garbage into the garbage bins.
