The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

This newly updated, one acre backyard includes an outdoor kitchen, bar w/tv, pool, basketball court and a huge open grass space for your desired set-up! Beautiful lake and trees around space. This backyard space is perfect for a: -Photoshoot -Videoshoot -Yoga Session -Corporate Event -Wedding Inquire about how you'd like to use the space. We're open to discuss options!

Parking description

This is a residential neighborhood. All guests can park along the street. You may not park on the grass, block a fire hydrant, block a mailbox or block a driveway.

General Rules

NO PARTIES: This space is not accepting bookings for parties! If you'd like to have your wedding at this property, we do make an exception, with certain requirements, but you must request this option with host to discuss further details. NO PETS: No pets allowed. NO ENTRY TO HOME: There is a bathroom on side of home that is available to you. No other access will be allowed to inside of home. You are only given access to backyard and its amenities. All corporate events must provide proof of event insurance. Set-Up and Clean-Up time is included in the hours booked. No glassware in pool area. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES: No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. You will be charged for any damages to walls, floors, appliances or furniture, etc.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
