About the Space

This modern space is perfect for any event. We offer an office space, kitchenette, private bathroom and a large open space where the possibilities are endless. Tables and chairs are available for use. Lots of natural light with huge floor to ceiling windows. Table cloths, chair covers and uplighting are available for an extra fee. SET UP AND BREAKDOWN TIME IS NOT INCLUDED. Please book enough hours for your event, set up time and clean up time.

Free parking located in the parking lot directly in front of venue.

General Rules

Please leave the space clean and dispose of all trash. Do not leave trash outside of the building. Trash dumpster is behind 9305 Monroe Rd. To open door, press 2 and 4 at the same time, press 3, press enter and turn lever to open. Please sweep and swifter after your rental. Cleaning supplies are located in the bathroom. No smoking inside the building. Please return the key to the lockbox after use to prevent it from getting lost. Be sure to lock the front and back door at the conclusion of booking. If there are any damages including sinks, toilets or any equipment please call number above immediately. Smile your plans on camera. There is surveillance cameras in the interior and exterior of the space, excluding the bathroom SET UP AND BREAKDOWN TIME IS NOT INCLUDED. Please book enough hours for your event, set up time and clean up time.

Security cameras are installed and are recording at all times.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

The space is disinfected between bookings. Face mask, hand sanitizer and gloves are available.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
