All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- The apartment is located in the Financial Center of Jersey City with a stunning view of Manhattan, The Statue of Liberty & Downtown Jersey City. It is right by the water as well! -Size: 650 square feet with a living room with a lots of natural light, kitchen, bathroom, and 1 bedroom - The living room would be the most desirable place for any activity because of the view, but you would have access to the kitchen as well. - The space is perfect for photoshoots, video shoots, meetings - Amenities of the building: rooftop, gym, cafe, hanging lounge
