About the Space
A hidden gem built in 1900 located in the heart of East Nashville. This romantic artful home offers everything you need to make a statement in your pieces with many eclectic touches to inspire you. Ideal retreat for artists to write and create music. It is well set up for commercial and/or film projects with larger rooms and high ceilings to enable the hold the crew comfortably and get all of the shots necessary! There are many different areas that can be used for different occasions needed for sets. Includes a large beautiful front porch with a swing or a back yard patio with a cozy lit fire. A warm dining room, a den and living room all with unique decor. Our home includes a fully-equipped kitchen and a gorgeous sunroom with artful floors and a tropical feel full of plants. Our space is influenced by the many mediums of art, music, and travel that we have both experienced. Our house is a 1900 Craftsman full of walnut wood that was originally growing in the East Nashville area and repurposed into the homes they were building in the area in the early 1900's. With walnut columns, walnut pocket doors, and four walnut (now decorative) fireplaces it is full of character and hard to not think about the world then when this home was built.

We used Angel's Historic Craftsman to film several interviews for a documentary series. The location was beautifully designed -- gorgeous -- and perhaps the best location we have shot in to date. Angel was an incredible, talented host and a pleasure to be around. We will gladly book again. In fact, we ended up hiring Angel to join us as an Art Director for out next shoot!! A testament to how well we all hit it off and how much we loved her style and an set design abilities.
