Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Beyond the standard cleaning process, we take extra care to disinfect common area surfaces to ensure a clean, safe environment for each guest.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

The space has the following features:

About the Space

Very spacious apartment with unique finishes, hidden inside a former glass tile factory. We are so excited to have inherited the care-taking of this unique property! In this top-floor apartment, there is plenty of room for a family or small group of friends to spread out and enjoy each other's company. Please note that we have a 2 hour minimum for booking this space.

General Rules

No bookings past 10pm. Quiet hours for the building are 10pm - 8am. No smoking in the building. We also request that you please be mindful of leaving our space in a courteous condition.
