About the Space

We are a full service creative studio. We provide a stylish, artistic and highly functional space for your creative project. Our space is designed to help you from conception to completion with your creative project whether it's a photoshoot, video shoot, podcast, small gathering, presentation, workshop, meetings or brainstorming session we got you covered. MEETINGS Our space features a fully functional conference room or what we like to call "War Room." It's ideal for fleshing out those big ideas and collaborating live or virtually with team members. - 40"Television - Apple TV - Webcam - Conference Speakers - Printer - Rounds table seats 4 (additional seating and table available) - 2 Black glass board - Bluetooth speaker bar - Office supplies The space has furniture that you can use and experiment with. It also comes with a make up corner fully lit and a changing room. Furniture: - Black velvet Sofa - Makeup station with vanity lights - 1 Vanity swivel chairs - Steamer - Clothing rack, 50 hangers - 2 Black stool - 1 folding step ladder - Blackout Curtains - Portable Bluetooth Speaker - folding table - 3 Apple boxes

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:

My fiancé and I booked this location for our engagement photo shoot. The space truly exceeded our expectations, 10/10. It included snacks, a private dressing area, coffee/tea, a steamer, amazing lighting and great props. The host, Sean Michael was very accommodating to our needs . We original booked 8-10 however, we asked if our time could be adjusted to come earlier since our original plan to take phots outdoors was canceled (it rained the entire day). Sean-Michael was accommodating and allowed us to come from 7-10. We highly recommend this location for your next photoshoot. Thanks again Sean-Michael, looking forward to booking sometime in the future.

I had booked a cast photo shoot. Host was so kind, gave extremely clear instructions for our visit, and the space looks exactly like the pictures. It was gorgeous. Will definitely book again.
