About the Space
Private 2-room studio inside of a former glass tile factory in downtown Tacoma with an industrial feel and unique finishes. We are so excited to have inherited the care-taking is this unique property. This studio space has a private bathroom with shower. It does not have a formal kitchen and is set up like a standard hotel room. Would be a great fit for an apartment scene in a film or a meeting space with colleagues! The bed area has plenty of natural light and there is an open area with a couch and large wrap-around desk. Please note that we have a 2 hour minimum for booking this space. In-person viewings are available for a $25 fee which is then subtracted from the total booking amount.
