About the Space

Please contact the team if you're interested in booking packages. Ground floor consists of a large open plan creative space with 16 foot wide infinity cove and 2 large windows for natural light, we have black out blinds, on suite bathroom, kitchen and make up area plus a spacious seating area. Great space for a variety of production shoots, photo shoots, content creation, editorials, film making and more. We can provide photography/videography/lighting equipment at an additional cost. Feel free to contact the team who are happy to help. Please note we have a straight set of stairs leading to the studio.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Sam & Tia were really helpful throughout the process. The space had been changed a wee bit compared to the photo but it really worked for us - we were able to bring in outside catering and soft furnishings to suit us perfectly, it's a really versatile space. We held an informal group working session and the space was ideal as we wanted to avoid the regular stuffy meeting rooms you usually find. Sam set us up with some heaters to take the edge off but the space was pretty chilly, which is really our only complaint - though I expect usually wouldn't be a problem with studio lights in use. We'd definitely consider this space for future events!

A great space that provided everything I needed in a great location with access for parking. The hosts were lovely people and were very helpful. Would 100% recommend!
