About the Space
NEW YEAR PROMO: $75 per hour/2 hour minimum (cannot be applied to previous bookings) A gorgeous studio fully furnished and curated with one of a kind and vintage furniture pieces. Studio features two living room set-ups, dining space, and a Barbie pink bathroom. Every corner is photogenic and uniquely styled. This open concept space is sprawled across 850 sq ft with 12 foot ceilings and has amazing natural light with large, south-facing industrial style windows. Located in Leaside, only 15 minutes from downtown with free parking at the building and at a parking structure nearby. The perfect place for your unique photoshoots, workshops, and small creative meetings! This space is ideal for photoshoots, workshops (there’s an artist corner to create and craft), product launches, etc. Many of our pieces used to furnish our studio are available for purchase. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Nej was such a fantastic host! Very prompt with their responses and ensured that everything went smoothly. Super obsessed with the space that they provided. Really giving Modern Vintage. I was immediately drawn to the space due to how curated it was. Im so happy with how the content we made utilizing the space turned out. Filmed a music video with my team and Nej was just accomodating beyond means. Highly reccomend this space! 10/10

Host was super easy to communicate with, they accommodated all our needs and were very kind. The space looks exactly as advertised, so many awesome props. We filmed a live acoustic video, they were able to tune off the heater for us so we wouldn’t pick up the noise (the space was still warm), and they let us know the best times to film for minimal noise disturbance. Can’t wait for the final product, the set was integral to the overall vibe!
