Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The facility is thoroughly cleaned after each usage.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

The club features elegant indoor and outdoor showrooms with professional stages, lighting, and audio/video systems. There is a full kitchen and bar. The open floor plan can be arranged for club, banquet, or theater seating, or can be open to accommodate dancing and other activities.

General Rules

No smoking on the property. This includes both the indoor showroom as well as outdoor spaces. Please be mindful of the garden planters as some contain delicate and rare plants.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Indoor and outdoor security cameras running 24/7 cover the main showroom, kitchen, as well as back patio, driveway, and front of the building.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
