About the Space

This modern space is perfect for office use and small meetings. We offer an office space, kitchenette and private bathroom. Lots of natural light with huge floor to ceiling windows. This space is restricted to ONLY the office. You will not have access to larger space and have to be willing to share the space with someone who may have larger area booked.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Space was great! Easy to find (GPS took you straight to it). Parking was easy (I booked for a Saturday so there was ample space). Host communication was on point. I used the space for product shots, a lot of tools available to use (tables, tablecloths, chairs, etc). Would use again for more content.
