Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Space is cleaned and disinfected daily, as well as after each use. Room is large enough to easily accommodate social distancing.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Space is extremely versatile. Comfortable. Can host lunch, dinner, or cocktail parties. Also, perfect for team meetings, photo shoots, rehearsals, or almost anything that needs a nice space. There are 2 restrooms available for the space. We can also provide audio and TVs if needed.

General Rules

No smoking in the building. No outside alcohol is allowed. Outside food must be approved ahead of time. Events that may have high noise levels must be approved ahead of time.

All ages are allowed in the space

There are several security cameras in the dining area.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
