About the Space

Our Iconic sprawling 10,000 Sqft. Hacienda is located amidst the gorgeous scenic mountains of Aguas Buenas. Spread over 9 acres of land with panoramic views all the way to San Juan Coastline. Aguas Buenas is well known for the best views and sunsets in all of Puerto Rico, all while being centrally located close to best activity/attractions in Puerto Rico. Escape from the hustle and hassle of your everyday routine and come away to our massive Hacienda, where a serene world awaits you. Throw off all your worries and slip into the scenic, relaxed atmosphere. "Magical, Rustic Luxury with so much history" are common terms used amongst our guests here!

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
