About the Space

This home sits right on a private community lake with its own private dock with natural lighting throughout the home. Areas available for booking are 3 bedrooms, bedroom hallway front entrance walkway, an inviting step-down living room with built in bookcases, kitchen with ample counter space and stainless-steel appliances, a large separate dining area (see picture), back patio, with grass yard leading to the private dock overlooking the lake. The bedrooms are set for a girl child ages 2 to 9 years of age, and pre-teen age boy ages 13 to 17. (Both rooms are subjected to change upon request. Location WILL NOT provide additional props for changes.) These two bedrooms sits on its own wing of the home with its own full-size bathroom and hallway. The Owner's suite sits on the other wing of the home. Includes an oversized Room with private bathroom with jacuzzi tub (with a window facing the lake) and separate shower. • No smoking in the building or on the premises • Outside Catering Allowed • No alcohol in the home • Please no shoes wore in rooms with carpet • No eating or drinking in rooms with carpet • General Rules OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. • CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. • FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. • MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. • All ages are allowed in the space Security cameras and recording devices Security cameras located outside of property at entrance and back door. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
