About the Space

Large backyard with pergola and swimming pool. Artificial turf on one side making it perfect to go barefoot for tropical events. We've hosted Hawaiin themed birthday parties, Halloween parties, marriage proposals, and private family gatherings. Lounge area includes 65 in TV, bluetooth speakers, outdoor fridge for storing your snacks and plenty of seating.

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

This space was really great for what we needed. The hostess was attentive, answered timely and opened to answering all questions. Plenty of space for my son and his Friends, they got to use the pool, they were able to use the yard spade to play and run around. Plenty of seating, giant speakers work well for music. We were not disturbed during our rental time at all. Had a great and safe time.
