Parking lot can be found in the back or the front of the studio.

We have two sources of natural light on each end of the warehouse. The garage door can adjust the natural light if necessary. The best time for natural light would be in the morning around 9 AM - 12 PM.

It's a quiet space, you can't hear what neighbor are doing next door. Very low traffic around the buildings.

Yes there's is a loading zone, no ramp are required.

There are multiples outlets around the studio, the breaker is in the middle and on the right side wall of the warehouse.

Where are you located? The studio address is 8208 Northeast Pkwy #110North Richland Hills, TX 76182. What do I get when I book? When you book with us you get access to 2 premium natural light studios and 2 soft light, 5 seamless backdrops, 2 set of texture wall, 9ft tall artificial soft light window, a variety of aesthetic prompts, 1 private bathrooms, clothing rack, changing room. Where can I park? The renter have free parking spaces and they are located directly in front of the studio. Can I arrive early to my session? You may arrive a few minutes early for your session, however the studio may be reserved prior to your start time. In that case, we ask that you wait until the time of your reservation. What happens if my session runs longer than expected? If you session runs longer than your scheduled time, or do not make enough time to clean up, you will be charged for an additional hour and a cleaning fee, if required. We ask you to be mindful of other photographers and schedule enough time for clean up. Is bathroom access available? For your convenience, we have a private restroom. What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule? We are happy to reschedule your session as long as you reschedule at least 72 hrs. prior to your booking date. Otherwise, you will need to book another session. What kind of photography is NOT permitted? In order to keep the studio safe and clean for everyone to enjoy, the following is NOT allowed on the studio’s property: -Alcohol for anyone under the age of 21. -Recreational or illicit drugs. -Nude photography, videography or explicit activity. -Food/Drink not allowed on or near furniture. -Fireworks, explosives, glitter, confetti, smoke bombs. -Affixing anything to walls not allowed without prior approval. -Models must be 18 + on the day of studio rental. Renter is responsible for verifying. Create responsibly to your hearts content! *COVID-19 AWARENESS Due to COVID-19, the 'ABSOLUTE' maximum attendees are 10 people and everyone must wear a mask when they enter. This must be adhered during the entire booking except the people in front of camera. If not followed during your booking, your booking will be terminated immediately and asked to leave without refund. Also, no FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed during your time.

Furniture can be moved around the warehouse only.
