We will clean and disinfect the space in accordance with CDC guidelines. We will disinfect high touch surfaces and shared amenities. We will properly clean or remove soft, porous materials. All bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Within walking distance of the heart of Woodstock, NY, this stunning property is both quiet and private. With a double height living room and exposure on all four sides, this bright country house has been recently gut renovated. It has an urban open plan loft-like interior feel with several smaller rooms. Double French doors lead to a slate patio and extensive flat meadow with mountain views. This space is ideal for photo shoots, commercials, and intimate events for up to 50 individuals. There is a chef's kitchen and the house can be rented for pop-up dining events. The dining table can comfortably seat up to 12. Additionally, there is a separate guest cottage with a mid century modern flair that is available separately. The house is in heart of Catskill forest, surrounded by trees, creeks, and trails. Only two hours from NYC and hour from Albany, the house and cottage can be easily accessed for the day.

General Rules

There is no smoking permitted in the building. Outside catering is allowed. No loud music after 10 pm. Some pieces of furniture may be relocated for an event.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have a Simplysafe camera system in the main areas of the main house. The doors and windows are all monitored for security. They can be turned on and off remotely by the host.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
