About the Space

This is a natural light photography and creative space located in the heart of The Beach. Our second floor, 800 sq foot studio has 10 ft industrial ceilings and large south and west facing windows with all the natural light you could need. Hourly and daily rentals available. Key amenities: - v-flat - large reflector - 10' exposed ceilings - an array of furniture pieces (these change periodically - feel free to email us to confirm pieces) - easy self check-in - located on second floor (1 flight of stairs) - white painted floors - garment rack - 7' x 8'ft rolling background with fabric backdrops (grey & blush) - wifi - bluetooth speaker - private restroom - green P parking Perfect for: -photo sessions -videography (not sound proof) -meetings -pop-ups -workshops -classes (i.e. yoga)

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
