Apartment is professionally cleaned between each booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Versatile photography studio within apartment available for hire in East Village Stratford London. Studio A offers a 300sq ft space in the studio are with utilities available to store food and cook. Additional photostudio equipment available for hire if needed e.g. Constant lights, Stobe lights, Reflectors, Skrim. Lighting description

Windows are very big and can be closed using curtains. Best time to shoot is after 4pm when the sun is out as the sunlight comes straight through the house just after 4:30pm. On a cloudy day the studio is great to use at anytime

Cannot hear noise from outside or neighbours providing windows are closed

General Rules

Smoking on the balcony only. You are more than welcome to eat inside the apartment or on the balcony, providing all rubbish is thrown in the bin. Shoes must be taken off at the door unless you have clean shoes, do not worry the space is throughly cleaned every week

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

No smoke machines allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Bedrooms and production studio area have security cameras. There are no recording devices in the Bathroom.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
