Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

A thorough cleaning takes place after every booking. Floors are vacuumed, all counters are wiped and disinfected.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This Brownstone content creation location is suitable for photo/film/gallery showings and is located in the heart of Bedstuy, Brooklyn. This location is perfect for video and photo productions and can set the mood for many different storylines. This location offers natural light and the flexibility to match and enhance your creative vision. All props are free to use and move around. However, all props must be handled with extra care because they are all authentic to the time period. No items in this space have been fabricated in the present day to look vintage. All props may be used at no additional costs. There is also access to the roof which provides a beautiful skyline view of the city.

Parking description

There is free public parking located on the block and surrounding area. Alternate side parking is in effect two times a week.

General Rules

There is no smoking in the building. All sessions must take place between 8am-8pm. Times are extended over the weekend. Outside food is allowed. The location must be returned the same way in which is what left. There is no adult filming or nudity whatsoever. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the Location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the Location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator themselves may they have any Heavy Equipment in their EQ Package. The Location is not a professional sound stage studio. There is no cooking, no pets, and no loud noises on premises. There is a maximum of 10 people allowed on location. Additional persons will require an additional fee.

There is a security camera located in the front of the building. There are no audio recording devices located on the premise.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
