Clean high-touch surfaces. Ensure cleaning staff are trained on proper use of cleaning and disinfecting products. The label will include safety information and application instructions. Keep disinfectants out of the reach of children. Many products recommend keeping the surface wet with a disinfectant for a certain period (see “contact time” on the product label). Clean the surface using a product containing soap, detergent, or other type of cleaner appropriate for use on these surfaces. Launder items (if possible) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Use the warmest appropriate water setting and dry items completely.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

"The Peony home" is designed for the picky, discerning traveler. We completed renovating this home. New fresh interior! We also painted the exterior for a nice face-lift. Located in the heart of the city. Offering modern amenities (hardwood flooring, marble countertops, designer paint, plush sofas, custom wall murals, luxe furnishings, wifi, and a private garage. The primary bedroom boasts a King bed with plush linens, a 60" Smart TV, an en suite bathroom with a modern soaking tub, double sinks, and a standing shower. The primary bedroom is well-appointed and inviting you'll want to curl up to a good book on the plush modern sofa & chair. The secondary bedrooms offer Queen size beds with luxe linens & bedding, 60" Smart TVs, several pillows, and other designer finishes. Enjoy a morning cup of Joe on the spacious patio. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, wine glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc. The floating island has plenty of counter seating for a casual bite. Or create your culinary masterpiece and enjoy the beautiful dining space overlooking the custom Peony Mural.

Hidden smoke detectors • Only small pets are allowed • No parties, or events • Check-in time is 3:00 PM and checkout by 10 AM • Contactless check- via smart locks • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts • Please follow check-in and out instructions • Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. • Please lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation • Cleaning Fee: $99 per stay, $90 for a short stay
