Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Parking description

The Building has a covered gated lot. More than half is available for use. (Approx 22+ spaces) There is also street parking that is available, permitted and otherwise.

General Rules

No smoking in the building. Matting and wall protection as needed is a requirement per project. A security deposit is required. This is determined by the parameters of the project. All areas of use should be determined ahead of time. Outside catering is allowed. Catering space is available in the garage. Food/Drink should be confined to one area during any sort of "productions". does not apply to events. No modification of physical building. No nails, drilling, painting, or any other modifications to fixtures. (Unless given written approval. 3rd floor off limits.
