Need chairs, tables, tablecloth and cocktail tables? We can offer all this and a dinner/brunch table setting for your event for an extra fee. Just ask! Can accommodate 60 standing guests and 40 seated guests. Indoor Space (1004 Sq/ft) Enter into an open white space with three crystal chandeliers, a large floor-to-ceiling mirror and one pink neon sign that says the pink room. Walk into a flower arch into the larger open room that includes a black wall, Modern boho room, white clean space for clean headshots, kitchenette and pink collage wall. The space includes all the furniture in the photos. Feel free to move and rearrange the furniture as needed for your shoot. Outdoor Patio (500 Sq/ft) This space is fully covered, shaded and includes multiple fans No AC THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO HOST A: Bachelorette Parties Bridal Shower Gender Reveal Baby Showers Birthday Parties Graduation Party Networking Events To answer some frequently asked questions: - Capacity: 60 standing room, 40 sitting - No AC, only fans in our outdoor patio area, so please plan accordingly in the summer - 4 AC units inside the space - No pre-set up or post-breakdown time outside of rental time. You must book additional time if you want early access. - No assigned parking in the back. Street parking is available in the area, so please plan ahead. - Bathrooms are not included in the space and are located outside through the back outside hallway. - Only thumbtacks and tape are allowed to hang decorations on walls. - No flutes are provided for the champagne but can add for an extra fee - No animals in the space unless discussed.
