The space includes all the furniture in the photos. Feel free to move and rearrange the furniture as needed for your shoot. Outdoor Patio (500 Sq/ft) This space is fully covered, shaded and includes multiple fans No AC THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO HOST A: Bachelorette Parties Bridal Shower Gender Reveal Baby Showers Birthday Parties Graduation Party Networking Events To answer some frequently asked questions: - No AC, only fans in our outdoor patio area, so please plan accordingly in the summer - 4 AC units inside the space - No pre-set up or post-breakdown time outside of rental time. You must book additional time if you want early access. - No assigned parking in the back. Street parking is available in the area, so please plan ahead. - Bathrooms are not included in the space and are located outside through the back outside hallway. - Only thumbtacks and tape are allowed to hang decorations on walls. - No flutes are provided for the champagne but can add for an extra fee - No animals in the space unless discussed. The space was well thought out and had a lot of extras that turned out to be helpful. Since this was my first time to use Peerspace the process was a little confusing but in the end all the information was sent and gave detailed instructions, etc. We rented it from 4-7 pm. The event was scheduled from 4:30-6:30 so that we would have 30 minutes before and after for setup/cleanup. The cleaning people were still cleaning the space when we arrived at 4 so it really cut into our time to set up. The restrooms had no soap, a tiny little bit of toilet paper and very few hand towels. I texted and evidently someone brought the supplies in because they showed up but a heads up would have been nice. Overall an easy process and worked out well for our event though.

The space worked out great in the end. It was rented for a bridal shower (for 35 guests). It was smaller than expected (which was my fault for not noting square footage) so I was almost relived all my guests did not show up. My biggest complaint was that the website advertised a kitchen. There is definitely no kitchen. There is a sink with a small counter (the size of a wet bar). This really created some challenges for our hired caterer with no cooktop, oven, etc that one might find on a kitchen. It is cute but I suggest anyone renting it go take a look at it before booking.

I used this space for a photo - my client needed cover photos for her podcast and this space was an incredible fit! very clean, neat, and organized. so much versatility between the different setups and scenes. prior to arriving at the location, all guidelines and instructions were clearly communicated. such a seamless interactive. will definitely be using this space in the future!

I did a photoshoot here with my high school Senior model team and it worked out perfectly! It looks a little different than the photos, but not by much! There were also a couple extra setups we weren’t expecting to have, but they worked out perfectly for our shoot! The girls loved it and had a super fun time, and I definitely plan to book again for future sessions!

Mira Mira is such a beautiful versatile space. There's lots to work with within the studio with a good variety of backdrops/settings. I've been here before for a lovely manifestation event & it felt natural to return back for my brand portraits. The MM ladies were communicative, easy, & lovely to work with. Highly recommend.
