PODCAST ROOM RENTAL (Live Streaming and podcasting) Live Streaming and podcasting The studio has a dedicated live or recorded streaming podcasting studio with 4 1080P HD cameras and 4 microphones for up to 4 guests at a time. There is an operator on every booked recording or live streaming. We can stream live to any video platform and social media simultaneously.

For safety and security reasons, security cameras are in place. Front Door, Lobby & Hallway
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning is handled in between sessions, with a series of wipe downs and sanitizing for all high traffic areas in the studio.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
The space has informational signage including:
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
