COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Gym and mats are cleaned and disinfected daily. More thorough clean performed weekly. As a courtesy, please wipe up and/or loosely clean sweat off floors.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Lighting description
The gym is set up in my detached garage. The garage door has tiny windows along the top of it so even when closed, light can come in. There is also a window on the north wall with an AC unit installed. There are two LED lights on the ceiling which can be adjusted for max/min brightness.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Gym is located in a residential neighborhood. Cars and neighbors aren't noticeable but it's what you would expect from a residential neighborhood. There is a slight noise when the AC window unit is activated.

There is a long driveway leading up to the garage. All access is floor level.

Electrical system description
There are 4 outlets scattered along the walls of the gym. The circuit breaker is along the side of the main house to the right of the main entrance before walking up to the front door.

- No Puking Or Spitting in the ring. Renter is responsible for any cleaning fees associated with such an event.
