About the Space

This is a minimally designed, industrial 1800 square foot space located in Etobicoke, Toronto. Our 16ft ceilings allow the space to be filled with natural light which makes it ideal for creatives, events & workshops. Thxrty Four is accessible for all with garage door access, and only five minutes from Gardiner Expressway & Hwy 427. Our large windows bring in plenty of natural light to the space during the day with an option to control the light using our blackout blinds and added sheers for softness. Included in every rental comes a kitchenette, industrial sink, two bathrooms, change room, makeup station, 1800 square space with double door access & a loading dock with garage door access to make it possible to allow catering for events & workshops.
