The space originally reserved did not work out due to another group being booked in the larger room next to it and the opening in the shared wall makes it not meeting friendly. We were accommodated to another room after trying to find an open room since it was busy.

The room was nice an clean and it had all the gadgets I needed for my business meeting. There was only one person responsible for the building on the first day and he was very nice and helpful, the second day the same person was there but was not expecting me. There was a miscommunication somehow but I was able to finish my second day meeting. Overall very good and I’d rent it again.

Highly disorganized. I booked the venue a week in advance. They did not give us the name or number of a specific meeting room, so the staff member on our first day (Zane) had to search for a room which was unoccupied. She insisted that there would be somebody there to let us in for the rest of the week. Another staff member was there only two out of the next four days. The other times we were let in by another client who happened to be there, not an employee. The possibility of not being able to enter the building and changing a room so many times added a lot of unnecessary stress to our project. Also, please make it clear in the description as to whether dogs are allowed or not. I and another group member brought our dogs. Two employees thought they were fine, but one was confused about whether dogs were allowed at all. I would not book this venue again barring a partial refund of the two days when a staff member was not there to let us in.
