The space includes a large area (around 750 sq ft), a smaller area (around 150 sq ft) with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The layout is flexible and can be adjusted to meet your needs. A small storage room is behind the artistic screen, perfect for storing equipment and gear away from the commons area. Drop Ceilings in the main room are 12 feet high and 10 feet in the smaller room. On top of the gallery-standard lighting, big windows and glass entry doors provide ample natural light. The Guest is encouraged to have event liability insurance (usually around $30-50) ready before the booking time. *Important Note* 1. You can bring your own catering (prepared food), NO COOKING on site 2. Alcohol is allowed but may require an SOP permit (optional) 3.
