We regularly have cleaning services preformed and carpet disinfected.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space

This office is just across the post office and local to banks, restaurants, and schools. The office space includes 6 desk cubicles with storage, office chairs, telephones, computer monitors, and a large whiteboard. Front desk reception, kitchen and printing services are available upon request.

General Rules

Office rules are negotiable, however because it is a shared office space we ask for the following: - NO smoking inside the office - NO extremely loud activities Guest will be responsible for any damages caused to the office space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
