COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our space is swept, mopped, and cleaned after every session.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Come having an amazing photo or video shoot at our new all white studio!. Our studio freshly painted after every session to make you have the best environment to take the best photos and videos. The space is very private and we have designed it specifically for photoshoots. Come turn out your best work and be amazed at what you can create. Our studio is located off Exit 8 on the 15. Huge green screen, cameras, lights, and tripods available for rent.

Lighting description

There's 1 standard 4 x 4 window in the photography studio. It has window blinds to prevent light entry and blackout curtains can be provided if necessary.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

There's a music recording studio underneath the photography studio. The music can be heard when there's a music studio recording session. It won't interfere with your photoshoot but it is a production that requires quiet on set please contact host beforehand so he can ask for sound accommodation from the music studio.

The main room can be used for setup. The studio is in the backroom.

General Rules

No smoking in the building. Guest count cannot exceed 8 guests without written consent from the host. The space is for photo and video shoots only. No parties or gatherings allowed.

All ages are allowed in the space

No moving furniture and decorations

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed
