About the Space

Flexible and quiet, the Palmer studio can be used as is for general film, video and photography shoots, or combined with the adjoining Balmain and Cremorne studios if more space is needed. The Palmer Studio Specs: Large format studio Total space: 122m2 Size: 11.5m by 9.9m 5.5m ceilings Vehicle access via roller door* Option to combine with the adjacent Balmain Studio to create a space 24.5m x 9.7m. The Content Garden also provides on-site car parking, loading bay and direct access roller door from the street, making it perfect for car photography and larger film shoots.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

The Content Garden was fantastic! It was clean and exactly what we were after. Mags, the host, was very attentive and friendly. Nothing was a problem for her. We were very happy with this studio and wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Thank you Mags for making our day memorable!

Such an amazing space, so versatile and perfect for any type of shoot! The staff were so so amazing and accommodating throughout our whole time in the space. They were so generous with their time and resources and helped us to achieve all we wanted in the space.

Yes, I would book again.

Magda was extremely accommodating to our shoot needs and was super easy to work with. 5 x car spaces were included in the space, and she helped us paint the space to the colour we needed and hired us a TV. Additionally, the space was clean, well insulated from noise, and provided enough power so that we didn't need to hire a generator. I would 100% suggest this space again for clients in future.
