Our Home is thoroughly cleaned after every booking between 4-6 hours
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

General Rules
Clean up after yourself, please no eating/ food in the Bedrooms, please if you are wearing makeup please remove before sleeping to avoid sheets/ pillowcases being ruined to avoid a fee for replacement. If any food /drinks are found in any bedrooms after checkout and additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.
AIRCONDITON DO NOT adjust the air condition below 73 degrees to avoid the system freezing up which will cause the air-condition not to work. too keep the home cooler in the days because it does get direct sunlight from the south you can keep the shades down in the front rooms and living room. this will lower the heat penetration, but you will still have ample sunlight in the rooms.
CABLE if anything is ordered during your stay it will be billed to you please avoid having kids play around with tv remotes to avoid this issue.
POOL If you need a pool enclosure installed prior to your stay due to having children please advise one is available to enclose the entire pool to keep kids safe in the back yard.
KITCHEN Please treat this home with respect and ensure that anything in the kitchen that is used is washed properly and dried before putting them back in the cabinet. Please ensure all items are covered prior to using microwave to avid unnecessary splatter. If anything spills in the oven please clean it. DO NOT adjust temperature on wine cooler as each side is et for red and white.
LAUNDRY please ensure that the lint is cleaned out after every use to avid a build up which could stop your laundry from drying properly and also a potential fire.
TRASH only goes in blue garbage bags and recycle in white bags only. Trash days are Mondays and trash and recycle are Thursdays. bags must be tied and left at the end of drive way for garbage truck to pick up.
PETS If your pet has an accident cleanup after them immediately. If your pet defecates in the grass pick it up immediately to avoid any accidents. If any clean up has to be done after checkout there will be an additional $100 charged.
PROPERTY All items in and on the property have been inventoried please do not take anything when vacating the property as you will be billed for it.
