About the Space
Our golf course is up for rent for MONDAYS ONLY. We are offering a putting green, driving range and golf course for film location. The putting green over looks our first hole and lake. Our driving range is in our front area, and looks away from the golf course. We have 18 holes available to film at.

This is a private, members only golf course. We are offering Hole #1 for film opportunities. Shoot days are limited to MONDAYS only.

Lighting description
This is outdoors only. Golf course has trees.
Production crew can bring light diffuser panels, golf course is big enough to set up C-Stands with panels if needed. Must be provided by production.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Outdoor space, private, noise is minimum except for near by streets being driven on and natural sounds such as birds, etc.

Equipment loading description
We have a drive way where productions can load & unload and walk to location. Production will need to walk down a slope to get to course.
Staging area is available
We provide one banquet style room for staging.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
This is rental for the golf course only.
Fitness center, locker rooms, Pro-Shop, restaurant and indoor amenities are off-limit to shoot.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
We can provide basic electrical plug ins for staging area for make-up & hair. Additional accessories such as extension chords, or plugs must be provided by production.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
Golf course rental, gives you access to one banquet room used for staging, costume, hair & make-up.
Use of restrooms included.
Outside catering is allowed and must be on the patio.
No vehicles allowed on the course, no exceptions.
We will not provide any food or drinks or any extras. Only the listed space.
There will no access to our restaurant, our fitness center, pool and no golf cart use.

Security cameras and recording devices
Our facility has security cameras in and around the premises and will always be rolling.
There are no cameras or recording devices in any restrooms or changing rooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
You must take ALL your trash with you!!!
You must provide your production with trash bags, cans and a clean up crew to remove all your trash with you.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
