This office rental sufficed for what we needed. There were a few outlets that were non-operational, but power strips were provided instead. The fireplace didn't turn on. Very clean bathrooms to use. Drinking fountain in the hallway. I did not hear back from Simon when I reached out via phone call and messenger in the peerspace booking, but his colleague Charlie was there onsite morning of the booking and she was great.

The space was great.. exactly as described in the ads. The location is very accessible, tons of parking around it. The team of Simon are all very professional, it was perfect for our celebration. Except the floor is bit dusty. We even cleaned all your mess, we even accidentally took home a HDMI adapter, but they didn’t bother, once we saw it, messaged simon and arranged the return. Thank you

Overall, a wonderful space with great lighting - we used it to simulate a team meeting for a photo shoot. I would use it for an actual team meeting and be happy with the space. The room was not as clean as I would hope, it definitely needed a good vacuum and the area rug needs to be cleaned.
