About the Space
This event space is next to City Hall. It is perfect for your next event. It gives off a luxury feel. There is also access to the balcony from this space, Looking Over the street from the second floor. The space has a full sized fridge/freezer and two ovens. The space is on a windy street. It can create a wind tunnel that can be loud at times. Please note if you need more time and go into overtime it is charged out time and a half.

Host was very responsive! The space was exactly as described. I held my graduation celebration here. We had a late brunch/ early dinner and photography session here with my family visiting from out of town. I had a wonderful time and my guests did too. Since there was a kitchen in the space we were able to reheat the food later in the day too and have a graduation toast near the end. The space is beautiful and worked great for the group.
