Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We guarantee the space is cleaned well and safe. We have hired professional cleaners that are keen to cleanliness.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This 2-bed suite has everything that any traveler, staycation-er, or work-from-homer might have on their short term rental checklist. Huge comfy beds? Check! Free parking is available at the complex if you drove your own car, and we will be sure to provide you with all instructions in regard to this when it comes time to check-in.
General Rules
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings.
We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time.
The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time.
We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.
Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. That you have a valid photo ID, and verified email address. We do not allow pets, if a pet is found in a unit, there will be a premium charge .
We have a 4pm check in policy and strict 11am check out policy unless authorized by upper management. If you have not authorized a late check out with upper management there will be a fee for every 30 minutes that you have stayed pass the 11am check out period. There is a fee for early check in or late check out If you wish to have an early check in or late check out please check with upper management and they can assist.please be prepared or book another night. We also have a strict refund policy as stated by Air bnb. No exceptions! If you are concerned you may need to cancel your booking for any reason, please be sure to cover your trip with traveler's insurance.
Absolutely no parties or events. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite.
We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected.
This community enforces quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. It's important that we abide by those same rules inside the apartment. Any noise level beyond a normal conversation may result in being asked to vacate the suite.
No smoking inside the suite or anywhere in the complex, no candles ($500 fine) $100 fee for unreturned or lost key fob $75 overnight lockout fee $100 fee if found to have pets inside the suite $500 smoking fee if found to be smoking inside of premises. Tampering with any of the security doorbells or noise monitoring devices will also result in a $100 fee.

We will not be responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages. Lockbox must be properly locked at all times
