About the Space
This studio space works great for photography and video. We primarily use this as a video studio, filming product videos, interviews, courses, youtube videos and even podcasts. There is plenty of room to use and setup seamless paper rolls. We have many different color 9 foot seamless rolls that may be used for an additional fee. The studio is pretty versatile. One limitation for this space is that the ceiling is 8.5 foot drop ceiling. If you need a warehouse style studio, this isn't the place for you.

Parking description
We have a 1200 Square Foot studio nestled in a quiet shopping center in the Shadowridge neighborhood. This studio is great for photo or video shoots. There are two lifestyle sets as well as ample room for seamless paper rolls.

Lighting description
There are plenty of windows in the space. We typically cover the windows with sound blankets (which are included) to be able to light the space ourselves.

Ambient noise description
Overall this is a pretty quiet studio. It is right next to a street so there are the occasional motorcycle or loud car, but we have filmed many videos using shotgun mics, podcast mics and lapels in the space including hour long podcasts.

The parking lot is close to the studio and we are on the ground floor which makes it easy to load in. There are two entrances and both have a regular door.

We have a private office in the corner for our equipment and editing.

There are plenty of outlets along the walls.
The circuit breaker is on the wall next to the bathroom.

Health and Safety Measures
We make sure that the studio is clean before each rental.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
